On September 4, 2011 wildfires broke out across drought-ridden Bastrop County in Texas. Eventually joining to become one massive fire, the Bastrop Complex Wildfire burned 1554 homes, including those of more than twenty homeschooling families.
I can't imagine! Please know our prayers are with you. Even though you may not have text books, there are many learning opportunities in this season. Look to God, He will guide you and provide all your needs.
ReplyDeleteDelivering books/curriculum/supplies on Saturday--over 50 boxes of assorted items. I know that Abeka K-12 with all of the supporting materials is in our donations-also Story of the World, lots of 'art materials-colors, paper, etc.'. Maps, a globe, games, and readers from early ages to High School are in our 'lot'. Hang in there-our prayers are with you all....and on Saturday-our HUGE COLLECTION will be there and we pray it will serve you all well!
ReplyDeleteI pray you all will be filled with God's strength and hope in this difficult time! I was blessed to have been homeschooled, and even though it isn't always easy it is such a blessing. While I was growing up my family once missed nearly a whole school year because of financial difficulty, but we got caught up and graduated on time. I have HORIZONS MATH 2 TEACHERS GUIDES...PARTS 1 AND 2. I am going through my books...I will post if I find anything else on your list. I will be bringing down boxes of other books and curriculum not on the list as well from my home and others. Praying for you all...

A Tale of three trees~ on its way from Amazon.com. I have boxes full of "1-subject " notebooks, is this something that could be used? If so, I will mail them today.
