We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming outpouring of support for the 20+ homeschooling families who lost everything in the historic Bastrop Wildfire of September 2011.
The families slowly continue to rebuild their homes and their lives. We do not currently have a list of needs but I (Patti) try to stay aware of the families' individual situations, and maintain contact with them. If you desire to help, please give me a call (512-923-0763).

On September 4, 2011 wildfires broke out across drought-ridden Bastrop County in Texas. Eventually joining to become one massive fire, the Bastrop Complex Wildfire burned 1554 homes, including those of more than twenty homeschooling families.
